Seduan Sibu People’s Housing Project Equipped with OKU Friendly Features
September 17, SIBU: It has been 57 years since Sarawak became the family of the Federation of Malaysia, but the government still carries out the responsibility of developing the facilities of the people of Bumi Kenyalang.
The Seduan People’s Housing Project in Sibu has been underway since October 2019 and is expected to be completed by 2023.
This project is divided into two types of housing, namely single storey housing and OKU houses.
A total of 461 units of houses with each measuring 700 square feet. This people’s housing specialty is also equipped with a surau, kindergarten, playground and recreational site.
Today, Minister of Housing and Local Government YBM Hajah Zuraida Kamaruddin made the first site visit to Sibu to see the progress in the construction of this people’s affordable housing project.
