News | Zero Hunger program to help Klang B40 group
KLANG, 16th AUGUST : Zero Hunger program is aimed to help B40 in continuing their daily lives with enough expenses in this Covid-19 situation.
Penggerak Komuniti Negara (PKN) Klang person-in-charge, Nallan Dhanabalan has took the initiative to deliver the aid himself to the families in quarantine.
“Giving Zero Hunger packs and health products to two quarantined families in Klang after becoming close contact to Covid-19 patients,” he said through a Facebook posting today.
Yesterday, he and team members has successfully delivered aids to 10 recipients at Pandamaran Jaya.
Nallan said he is aware of recipients who could not take the aids because of health problem.
“Understanding their obstacles, my team and I took the initiative to deliver the aid personally to them,” he said. – PPI
