Tapak Baru Urus Sisa Pepejal, Tingkat Kualiti Pengurusan.

YBM Hajah Zuraida Kamaruddin hari ini telah hadir ke Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru (MBJB) bagi membincangkan hal-hal pembangunan. KPKT telah menyatakan hasrat bagi pembinaan tapak pengurusan sisa pepejal yang menggunakan konsep “Waste To Energy” di Bukit Payong dan Seelong di Johor. Selain itu, satu pembinaan “Waste Park” turut akan dilaksanakan berdekatan Tanjung Langsat dengan keluasan 700 ekar. Pembinaan tapak-tapak ini adalah bertujuan bagi meningkatkan kualiti pengurusan sisa pepejal. _PPI

Loji ‘WTE’ Sungai Udang

Hari kedua YBM Hajah Zuraida Kamaruddin ke Melaka, beliau turun Pusat Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal Sanitari Sungai Udang, Melaka. Lawatan tersebut untuk melihat progress terkini pembinaan sel kedua yang berkeluasan 6.4 ekar. Perkara utama yang turut diperhalusi adalah status terkini perancangan pembinaan loji berkonsepkan “Waste To Energy” (WTE) bagi pengurusan sisa pepejal yang lebih tersusun dan efektif.
