PBS restructures party posts, Jahid is acting Deputy President

KOTA KINABALU, Jan 4 — Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) today announced the restructuring of the party’s key posts by appointing its former secretary-general Datuk Jahid Jahim as the PBS acting deputy president under the Muslim Bumiputera quota. GRS Menang PRN Sabah

Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) yang terdiri daripada Perikatan Nasional, Barisan Nasional dan Parti Bersatu Sabah telah memenangi pilihan raya negeri Sabah setelah memenangi 37 kerusi berbanding Warisan Plus yang mendapat 26 kerusi dan bebas memenangi dua kerusi. Pengerusi SPR, Datuk Abdul Ghani Salleh dalam sidang media jam 12:00 tengah malam tadi telah mengumumkan keputusan bagi 65 kerusi daripada 73 kerusi dun keseluruhan. Pengumuman rasmi SPR tersebut telah mengesahkan bahawa GRS adalah parti yang memenangi PRN Sabah ke-16.
